FAQ
Clinical psychologists work with all ages – from young children to older adults – to support individuals through psychological difficulties that they’re facing in their lives. This can relate to emotions, relationships, or behaviours that patients wish to mitigate or eliminate entirely.
After initial observation, Clinical Psychologists will work out an intervention schedule to help their patients to handle their psychological ailments.
Because we are an on-framework agency, our Clinical Psychology jobs offer negotiable rates of pay depending on your level of experience and location within the UK. A Clinical Psychologist specialising in education and based in the South East of England, for example, can expect to earn up to £72,000. The specific pay range for any roles that you are interested in will be displayed on their respective job listing page.
In order to become a Clinical Psychologist, you will need to achieve a bachelor’s degree in a related Psychology field, which will allow you to pursue a qualification recognised by the British Psychological Society (BPS). This will be followed by extensive training within a range of healthcare situations and settings.
