Description:
We have an exciting opportunity for an RMN to join a Private Hospital in West Sussex. This permanent position is based in an acute mental health service for adult males, as well as psychiatric intensive care unit (PICU) with working hours of 07:30 – 20:00 and 19:30 – 08:00. This position is open to both full time and part time applicants.

The role is available to start asap but can accommodate notice periods of up to 8 weeks. The position offers a competitive salary of £36,176 to £38,596 + £5,000 Welcome Bonus.

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, your key responsibilities are:

·         Deliver high quality, service users focussed care

·         Assessing patients’ needs

·         Liaising with Multidisciplinary teams.

·          Participate in the development of new services and care pathways

·          Engage in continuous quality improve within your service

Requirements:

To be eligible for this role, you must have:

·         Qualified RMN

·         Active NMC Pin

·         Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
