Apprenticeships and entry level
In recent years we’ve employed over 50 apprentices and had countless entry level opportunities across the business, and it’s showing no signs of slowing.
Working in partnership with The LightBulb, a training provider, we have apprenticeships available to suit all needs and have successfully helped apprentices achieve qualifications in business administration, customer service, recruitment resourcing and digital marketing.
As an apprentice with us, the practical work experience you will gain alongside your formal qualification has been proven to be invaluable. Better still, many apprentices have gone on to become full members of our team. Plus, did you know our apprentices can also access an additional bonus with the NUS Apprentice extra discount card?
For our entry level jobs we often require little to no previous experience – we’re simply looking for you to have the drive and passion to succeed. Our tried and tested career development paths will provide you with the skills and knowledge to progress.
Development paths
With a track record of progression and home grown success stories throughout the business, here’s a guide to just three of our defined career paths you’ll have access to.
Recruitment career path
Joining us as a resourcer or trainee recruitment consultant, you will work alongside one of our recruitment consultants who will share their knowledge with you. From day one you will represent our brand, sourcing candidates and working with your consultant to place them into healthcare positions or teaching roles.
Once you gain more experience you will start to climb the career ladder and increase your earning potential, while also gaining more influence and leadership responsibilities.
With bespoke training programmes, regular feedback and coaching you can expect to hit your targets and continuously move up our career development framework, taking you to the next level and beyond.
Business development path
Joining us as an account manager, you will work within a defined geographical area to develop and maintain relationships with existing clients and to win new business.
Working collaboratively with our recruitment consultants, you will help to shape the future of our business. With targets to meet and a bespoke training plan to support you, your success will be rewarded as you move up the career development framework.
Compliance career path
Joining as a maintenance or compliance officer in our compliance team offers the perfect balance of utilising administrative and customer service skills.
You’ll focus on ensuring that our candidates are always fully compliant, prepared to start their role and feel well supported.
Progression to a senior compliance officer role or beyond will mean taking on more responsibility and a more diverse workload. This comes with bigger opportunities, rewards and the potential to develop new skills and qualifications.
