In this leadership role as the registered manager at a service in Walton On The Naze in Essex, you’ll be at the helm, ensuring adherence to CQC standards while delivering top-notch care and operational excellence. You’ll collaborate closely with the amazing team and external partners to continuously enhance the services. 💪✨

What you need:

◾ Experience in Challenging Behaviour and Positive Behaviour Support

◾ A Registered Nurse qualification (RMN, RGN RNLD)

◾ A proven management track record in healthcare

◾ A commitment to person-centred care

◾ Experience with external agencies like CQC and Safeguarding

Key Responsibilities

◾ Ensuring compliance with CQC standards and regulations.

◾ Meeting quality and financial targets while supporting the development of healthcare services.

◾ Contributing to the strategic growth of the care home as a member of the management team.

◾ Promoting and enhancing our clients reputation for delivering high-quality outcomes for clients.

◾ Recognising and addressing the specific needs of individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

◾ Participating in contract reviews and representing the organisation regarding service delivery.

◾ Leading the supervision and annual review process for your team.
