We have an excellent permanent job opportunity for a CAMHS Consultant to work for a private inpatient service based in Staffordshire. This is a full-time role in which the postholder will work across a 12-bed general CAMHS unit
We’d like you to join us as a Consultant Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist on our General Adolescent Unit. This position is full time. Located in Staffordshire, we specialise in supporting young people with severe or complex mental health conditions who need intensive inpatient treatment. We are dedicated to providing caring, supportive, recovery-focused treatment and we achieve this by working together with our young people, their families and other professionals.
Salary: up to £185,000 per annum

Hours: Full time 37.5 hours
Setting: 12-bed general CAMHS unit
Location: Staffordshire
For this role, we’re looking for someone who is:
- MRCPsych (Required)
- CCT in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry (Required)
- Approved Clinician and Section 12 Approved (Required)
- Evidenced based practice
- Confidence in engaging internal and external stakeholders
- Patient centred, outcomes-based care
